Worst hotel I have ever been too, there was mould in my room I was moved to a second room and was even worse off hairs all in my pillow case with wet liquid on hairs in my towels I was then moved again to my 3rd room and as before mould and hairs and blood speckles on shower curtain.

-Very relaxing and quiet.
-Good food in Brewer's Fayre, staff in there were abiding and friendly.
-Hotel staff are lovely and happy to help. (Shout-out to Collin, very nice chap and quite the conversationalist.)
-Room was immaculate, everything was spotless and the soap/shower gel bottles were full.
-My only complaint is how far it is from the town centre, didn't bother me personally but if you struggle with walking or can't find a cab it's not good.

Just wanted to say thanks for the exceptional service from Karen who went to a lot of trouble to provide me with my morning crossword puzzle. It would have been so easy for her to say "no" at a busy time for her.

We stayed for a night at the Grantham hotel to break up a long journey from Blackpool to Cromer.
The car park was quite full, however, there was enough spaces for several other cars.
Upon arriving in the reception area, we were greeted by the lovely manageress that made us feel immediately welcome and was quite happy to chat with us before her shift ended.
The rooms were nice enough and the beds were comfortable.
We would definitely stay again if we make the journey again.

Do not stay. Tried to get a drink, after a long day at 10:10 to be advised restaurant / bar shut. Complained to reception who said restaurant nothing to do with them despite both being owned by Whitbread. How can any hotel not offer food / refreshment to guests when they arrive. Never had this issue the previous night at another Premier Inn. Maybe they need to rename the brand.... certainly not Premier. Wll have to review where all our company employees stay when on business.

Came here with my husband for our wedding anniversary. Staff are very accommodating. Stayed in the disabled suite very large room with a wet room. Bed was really nice and comfy. Staff very helpful in moving trolleys as I in a wheelchair. Would reccomend other disabled people to stay there. Only problem my husband found is there temperature of the shower is very temperamental one minute it's really hot then goes really cold.

Usual standard of room, clean & comfortable. Shower was great. Room was a bit hot at night but it was a very hot day, not complaining it's Britain so doesn't happen often!! Ate at adjacent restaurant, food as per pub food, service was good, nothing fancy, did us fine. Excellent car park & very near A1 for onward travel. Stay was just what was needed after travelling all day.

Very comfortable beds, clean room, decent enough and well priced restaurant (all you can eat breakfast is especially great). The only real gripe is the lack of air conditioning which is very noticeable in the summer. Despite a fan in the room, the window barely opens making the room very very warm. I don't think I'd stay here in the summer again.

Fantastic stay, Karen is brilliant and so is Lisa, very comfortable and staff are so friendly, they can't do enough for us, also the farrier pub next to the premier inn has some great food, and the carvery is great value for money, and the staff in the pub are also great

Room was clean asked for extra pillows got them within 5minutes. Only issue they don't have air con it was was super hot with 2 adults and 3 kids windows don't open rightfully, but the fans supplied only have a small wire so didn't reach us when in bed not a good place to stay during the summer
